Japan Art Short Films by Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia (SSFF & ASIA) SSFF & ASIA, SSFF & ASIA, one of Asia's largest international short film festivals, accredited by the Academy Awards and originating from Tokyo, presents a special mini-program titled "JAPAN ART SHORT FILMS" to coincide with Art Basel. This approximately 40-minute program features five short films selected under the theme of "Japan and Art." From nearly 5,000 submissions from around the world each year, SSFF & ASIA’s Japanese short films are known for their distinctive storytelling and techniques. This selection especially highlights artistic works that shine through with unique perspectives and refined craftsmanship. The lineup will be announced in May—stay tuned!
