Alice Bauer absolvierte ihre Schauspielausbildung 2016 an der European Film Actor School (EFAS) in Zürich. Sie war TV-Moderatorin bei MTV und moderierte unter anderem die James-Bond-Premiere in Las Vegas. Als Schauspielerin wirkte sie in diversen Film- und Serienproduktionen mit, darunter als weibliche Hauptrolle in der Serie XGENCY und aktuell in der neuen SRF-Serie The Berberi. Neben der Schauspielerei sammelte sie als Schauspielcoach bei Filmkids wertvolle Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Regie, Kamera und Drehbuch. Derzeit arbeitet sie an ihrem ersten eigenen Kurzfilm als Produzentin und Drehbuchautorin.
