Viola von Scarpatetti zog 1991 nach Fribourg. Sie startete ihre Karriere als Jugendliche mit Rap-Auftritten, studierte von 2004 bis 2007 Schauspiel in Zürich und erlangte durch die Hauptrolle im Film 20 REGELN FÜR SYLVIE (2014) nationale Bekanntheit. Neben weiteren Rollen in Kino- und TV-Produktionen schreibt sie seit 2012 eigene Drehbücher und gründete 2015 die Band Cadavre Exquis sowie die Produktionsfirma Biviofilms. Viola, die zwischen der Schweiz und Südfrankreich hin und her pendelt, wurde für ihre Arbeit mehrfach ausgezeichnet. Sie spielt seit 2020 in DIE BAUMANNS und veröffentlichte 2022 ihr Solo-Album FAIS UN PONT. Aktuell arbeitet sie an einem neuen Musikalbum, spielt weitere Filmrollen und entwickelt das Filmprojekt ANNE: ARCHITECTE.
Viola von Scarpatetti moved to Fribourg in 1991. She started her career as a teenager with rap performances, studied acting in Zurich from 2004 to 2007 and achieved national fame with the leading role in the film 20 REGELN FÜR SYLVIE (2014). In addition to other roles in cinema and TV productions, she has been writing her own screenplays since 2012 and founded the band Cadavre Exquis and the production company Biviofilms in 2015. Viola, who commutes back and forth between Switzerland and the south of France, has received several awards for her work. She has played in DIE BAUMANNS since 2020 and released her solo album FAIS UN PONT in 2022. She is currently working on a new music album, playing other film roles and developing the film project ANNE: ARCHITECTE.
